Electricians lose hours filling in reports after a long day. I identified this problem on day one at GNR8, spent a full day in the field shadowing an electrician, then built an AI voice assistant: call the bot, talk about the job, and it fills in time and activity reports automatically. The client — Selatek — paid for the MVP and took it forward with the senior dev team.

A full office ping-pong league for my SALT cohort. Every player gets an AI-generated character portrait. Matches, leaderboard, and stats — all live on Railway. The real measure: colleagues started using it on their own and kept coming back.
